is a company here in singapore, must pay employee if they produce certified MC? for reimbursement of seeing doc fee, i know that is subjected to company by company..

if no produce MC, straight cut pay ..

For us, we'll deduct annual leave if there's no valid MC .. if no more annual leave then we deduct leave

Latest amendment to Employee Act is that...

work more den 3 mths must accept MC

Durin probation period (3 mths) is subject to co

My co is.. haven pass 3 mths, take as No Pay Leave.

Difference being.... ABSENT w/o reason more den 3 times can be basis fr dismissal

MC cannot be counted as ABSENT
